My photography has quickly become equally as important to me as my writing and one day I wouldn't mind dropping the notebook altogther and focus, exscuse the pun, on what I can discover in my viewfinder. Lately, it has become somewhat of an obsession. Whether I'm paddling a kayak down a remote Amazonian river or exploring the harvests at a midwestern farmer's market I'm armed, so to speak.

I am increasingly becoming more interested in food photography; be it for restaurants, products, or editorial use.
